Bridgeport H320 Horizontal Machining Center 2018 – 2 Pallets machining centre

If you decide to buy equipment at a low price, make sure that you communicate with the real seller. Find out as much information about the owner of the equipment as possible. One way of cheating is to represent yourself as a real company. In case of suspicion, inform us about this for additional control, through the feedback form.
Before you decide to make a purchase, carefully review several sales offers to understand the average cost of your chosen equipment. If the price of the offer you like is much lower than similar offers, think about it. A significant price difference may indicate hidden defects or an attempt by the seller to commit fraudulent acts.
Do not buy products which price is too different from the average price for similar equipment.
Do not give consent to dubious pledges and prepaid goods. In case of doubt, do not be afraid to clarify details, ask for additional photographs and documents for equipment, check the authenticity of documents, ask questions.
The most common type of fraud. Unfair sellers may request a certain amount of advance payment to “book” your right to purchase equipment. Thus, fraudsters can collect a large amount and disappear, no longer get in touch.
- Transfer of prepayment to the card
- Do not make an advance payment without paperwork confirming the process of transferring money, if during the communication the seller is in doubt.
- Transfer to the “Trustee” account
- Such a request should be alarming, most likely you are communicating with a fraudster.
- Transfer to a company account with a similar name
- Be careful, fraudsters may disguise themselves as well-known companies, making minor changes to the name. Do not transfer funds if the company name is in doubt.
- Substitution of own details in the invoice of a real company
- Before making a transfer, make sure that the specified details are correct, and whether they relate to the specified company.

This Hardinge H320 is a compact horizontal machining center from 2018, controlled by a Siemens Sinumerik 828D. It was specified for shops that want parts coming off the machine while the operator is already loading the next job.
The two-pallet system is the point
While one pallet is being machined, the other is loaded outside the working area. Setup time disappears into cycle time instead of sitting next to it. On repeat work in batches, that difference is measured in hours per shift, not minutes.
A spindle that suits real work
The 18,000 rpm HSK-A63 spindle with 23 kW of drive power and 20 bar through-spindle coolant is a genuinely high-speed configuration for a machine of this footprint. It cuts aluminium at the speeds high-speed programming assumes, and has the torque and rigidity for steel when the job calls for it. The HSK-A63 interface holds accuracy far better than a taper connection at these speeds, and tooling for it is available from every supplier.
Accuracy you can prove
Direct scales on X, Y and Z mean position is measured at the axis, not inferred from the ballscrew. Thermal growth and screw wear do not quietly walk your dimensions out of tolerance over an eight-hour run. The 360° direct-drive rotary table indexes to any angle, so four faces of a part are machined in one clamping — with the fixture errors that come from re-clamping simply removed.
Everything specified for lights-out operation
40-tool magazine with separate-door changer — reload tooling without opening the machine
Automatic door and 3-colour stack light — robot- and monitoring-ready
Scraper chip conveyor and full base and ceiling wash-down — chips leave the machine on their own
Automatic grease lubrication — no daily manual routine to forget
Condition and availability
The machine is located in The Netherlands and is available immediately. A 2018 HMC in this configuration typically has years of productive life ahead of it, and current lead times on a comparable new machine run to many months. You are welcome to inspect it under power by appointment and run your own test part.
