✅ How does the STILER 12.2 kW granulator work?
It separates copper wires from plastic insulation. The wires are cut into granules. The copper granules are separated from the insulation using a gravity-based air sorting system (copper is heavier, plastic is lighter). The copper granules are collected into separate containers. The air-sorting system ensures 99.9% copper purity.
The entire process is quiet thanks to soundproofed components.
A self-cleaning dust collection system reduces maintenance time and removes impurities.

The receiving tables have additional separation screens for dividing material into two fractions, as well as motors to assist in moving and separating the output material.
✅ The machine is equipped with a gravity-air sorting system and a vibrating separator, which together separate shredded insulation pieces from the copper.
✅ The cutting chamber, based on a drum cutting system (5 cutting knives and 2 counter knives), grinds the material into a fine fraction. During grinding, insulation is pre-separated from copper using a screen. Then, the airflow and vibrating plate separate the insulation from the copper.
