Процесс производства масла:
Сырье помещается в бункер и, проникая через заслонку, попадает в шнек.
Шнек крошит семена и перемещает в камеру для прессования, состоящую из цилиндра с отверстиями, вал-шнека, создающего давление, конуса для прессования и гайки для регулировки.
Жмых удаляется через зазор в гайке, масло - через отверстия в цилиндре камеры.
Преимущества подсолнечного масла холодного прессования:
Витамины, жирные кислоты, фосфорсодержащие вещества и другие биологически активные компоненты.
Приятный запах и вкус.
Длительный срок хранения. В отличие от горячего прессования, готовое масло не мутнеет после длительного времени, и не приобретает прогорклый вкус со временем порчи.
В случае холодного отжима остается полезный остаточный продукт (жмовых), который после дополнительной обработки используется как шрот для животных, птиц и рыб.
