A full-fledged MIG/TIG/MMA machine in a compact and portable size.
The XTM215Di operates on 1 x 240V (+/- 15%). Thanks to the digital user interface, you can quickly and easily go to the correct machine setting with a minimum of process knowledge.

MIG: The machine can be set both in MIG synergic and MIG manual. Welding of steel, stainless steel and aluminum is possible.
Welding coil of 5kg (D200) can be mounted.
TIG SYN: Synergic control options in TIG mode set the recommended parameters for you. Adjustments can be made as required.
TIG HF or Lift TIG (manual): Set your own parameters. Choose TIG welding with HF ignition or Lift TIG.
Spot welding TIG: Setting of spot welding time and stitch welding.
Choice of 4 wave types in TIG AC mode: square wave (standard), soft square wave, trapezoidal wave and sine wave.

Menu screen
The machine’s digital menu makes setting up easier than ever.
1) MIG SYN: Synergic setup allows quick setup of the machine with a minimum of process knowledge. Based on such things as: material type and material thickness, the machine adjusts the desired parameters.
2) MIG Manual: Set the parameters completely manually.
3) TIG: Choose between TIG manual or synergic. Choose either Lift TIG or HF. Advanced options are possible (AC wave type, spot and stitch welding).
4) MMA: Welding in MMA. The machine displays the recommended parameters.
5) HELP: Select the language, the MIG and/or TIG welding torch, view the wear parts of the torch, drive wheels, etc.
MIG Welding with XTM215Di
The unit can be set in MIG synergic as well as MIG manual.
Welding of steel, corten steel, stainless steel (inox) and aluminum, among others, is possible.

Welding wire diameter: 0.6mm – 0.8mm – 0.9mm – 1.0mm.

The XTM215Di can be used for both DC, and AC welding with Lift TIG & HF.
Pulse TIG function for superior arc control.
Option between manual setting or auto (synergic) setting.

Optional current control on torch with PRO3MS up/down switching system.
Optional foot pedal with bluetooth or control cable.
AC Waveform
With the XTM215Di machine, it is possible to determine the AC waveform in TIG manually. Here there is a choice of 4 types:
Block wave (default): Set by default in AC TIG welding. Gives a stable arc and maximizes in welding and cleaning modes. The arc makes a typical noise during welding due to the
rapid changeover from positive to negative.
Soft square wave: A softer arc than the square wave with slightly more fluidity in the weld pool.
Trapezoidal wave: Low heat input. Ideal for thin materials that use a higher AC frequency.
Sine wave: Soft, smooth arc with a lower noise level. Heat input is between square wave and trapezoidal wave with lower welding speed.
Spot welding and stitch welding
Spot welding: for fast and short bonding. The time of the SW can be adjusted so that the spot weld has the desired size. By pressing the switch, the welding arc will start and extinguish when the set time has elapsed. It can be restarted when the switch is pressed again.
Stitch welding: This is a secondary function to spot welding. When this function is enabled, the dwell time can be adjusted and the process of repeated spot welding can be automated. Keep the switch pressed, the arc starts and extinguishes once the spot welding time has elapsed. In this way, multiple spot welds can be made without releasing the switch. Only change the torch position. Releasing the switch stops the process.
MMA Welding with XTM215Di
Through a few simple steps, set up the machine to weld MMA.
On the main menu, click on MMA.
Choose whether you wish to weld AC or DC.
Choose the electrode model E60XX (rutile) or E70XX (basic).
Determine the diameter of electrodes 2.5mm, 3.2mm or 4.0mm.
Specify the sheet thickness. You are ready to weld.
Memory
Quickly and easily save and recall the welding parameters used via the machine’s memory function. There are 9 channels available.
