The Pelletnik-200 has a reinforced frame and drive, which allows it to operate longer under the load conditions that occur during pelletizing. The rollers are equipped with oil tanks for bearing lubrication, which allows you to control the quality of the lubricant. The pelletizing press is equipped with a 205 mm die and two fixed rollers. The main working unit has a convenient collapsible design for cleaning or replacing parts. If the technical recommendations specified in the manual are followed, the life of the matrix reaches 50 tons of processed raw materials. The pelletizing press can be equipped with a uniform feed hopper BP-500.
